Delivery Conditions

The delivery time can be found in the respective product information. Goods will be prepared for shipment only after receipt of payment and then dispatched. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery time is up to 10 working days. Unless a different delivery address is specified, we will send the ordered goods to the billing address provided. If the buyer wishes to receive the goods at a different time or outside the regular delivery times, the buyer should contact the seller's customer service in advance.

Home Delivery and Assembly Service

We dispatch the goods with the courier service Hermes, Hermes Einrichtungs Service GmbH & Co.KG, Albert-Schweitzer-Straße 33, 32584 Löhne, Germany.

Hermes will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you, allowing you to select a preferred day and a 3-hour time window. You can track your delivery at any time on the Hermes website or app. Should you be unexpectedly unable to be present at the agreed delivery time, Hermes will make another delivery attempt.

The delivery is made to the apartment so that you can enjoy our product immediately. Additionally, Hermes may offer an assembly service for our sets in certain delivery areas. The availability of this service is determined by Hermes.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping for domestic deliveries (Germany)
• Shipping costs for deliveries abroad:
  • Austria: €19.00

Should the delivery address you provide be outside the usual delivery area (island deliveries, exclaves), additional costs will arise, which you will be informed about by us or Hermes prior to delivery.

For deliveries outside the usual delivery times, as well as for the potential assembly service of our products, if offered by Hermes, additional costs will be incurred. These additional services are independently calculated by Hermes and will be charged to you before the delivery.

Delivery Periods

When you place your order, the system will name a delivery period. We strive to adhere to this period. However, delivery may be delayed if you do not arrange a corresponding delivery date with the appointed courier. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation to carry out the delivery as quickly and smoothly as possible. Unless a different period is specified in the offer, the delivery will take place within:

• 3-6 days for domestic deliveries (Germany)
• For deliveries to other countries:
  • Austria: 4-7 days
